Web portal -
CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (CMS) |
A web portal designed for full customisation, with the
possibility of managing the contents directly from the Web, through simple, functionally
efficient interfaces.
The portal can be organised in sections and subsections,
which, in turn, contain the pages on the topics addressed.
All the web pages can hold tests, images and links to
files, including multimedia ones.
Management of the contents includes the possibility of writing pages and setting
the times for the beginning and end of validity, with the system handling publication
automatically.
Numerous modules can be included, such as Multilingual, Forums, Reserved-Access
Areas, Newsletters and more. |

WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT |

An application for the management of document flows over
the Web, it allows workgroups to share processes and information, increasing productivity and improving operating control by standardising working methods.
The platform provides complete control of the definition of the procedural flows
and of the policies for access to data and functional features.
With the web interface, the Workflow system can be accessed through Internet/Intranet, eliminating the need for the installation of client components. |
